  Antique Brass Thimble Slipper Shoe French * Circa 1900 This unusual little antique slipper is engraved with scrolling designs and holds a brass thimble.  The condition is excellent with no dents or other damage. It measures 2 3/8" long and 5/8" wide and is marked "France" on the bottom.  The brass thimble is also in nice condition with no holes or dents. It's about an American size 9 (15.7 mm diameter opening).
